CODY QUARLES
LIGHT welterweight
Cody’s fight career has been short and very eventful. Since his first fight he has fought seven times in about 9 months. He says it has been very fun and enjoyable experience.
His first five fights being won via KO/TKO along with becoming the TBA-SA champion. Cody had to cut down to 185 to fight four times in the span of four days. He says Maximus was the gym he was looking for, “I felt the family environment the moment I walked through the door and met Meeche” (Alex).
Rich has trained me hard and it was a long road full of injuries and sickness but finally fought 4 1/2 months after I started training he says. He continues with saying that Maximus had made him into a new human being and owes it all to Coach Rich and his training partners helping him improve day in and day out. From there he kept growing , grinding, and focusing to sharpen his skills. “I am forever grateful for the team and the gym that Kelly and Richard have allowed me to be a part of, Maximus for life baby!”
